RTL-8126 burn MAC (Windows)

List the method to burn the MAC

Get the RTL-8126 PGTool pkg and put target file into PGTOOL_ALL_IN_ONE_287_V1/WINPG_V1_287

Target file: FW tools (inside batch_123 pkg) and image (8126EF.CFG, inside lan_config pkg)

And, modify the 8126EF.CFG for confirmed MAC address

• change the NODEID and ENDID

• GO to WINPG_V1_287 folder and execute RunCmdMode

• USE MAC burn command
