NVIDIA PCN and FAB 300 / FAB 301 / and ..

• FAB300 and FAB301 result from NVIDIA's Product Change Notification (PCN).

• NVIDIA uses different BOMs for FAB300 and FAB301. However, the same Part Number (PN) is assigned to both FAB300 and FAB301, meaning we cannot specify which version to order.

Quoting from NVIDIA's PCN:

Customers may receive mixed shipments with 699-level part number versions that are less than, equal to, or greater than 301.

• Impact of PCN Changes

  1. Memory BOM Updates

     1. Patch files need to be applied to the L4T (Linux for Tegra) folder, specifically in the flash environment.
